I do have a thing about the weather, should have done a met-office course when I was younger.
At last the UK’s Metrological (Met) Office have seen fit to provide us with free widgets that we can place on our web sites. They’ve very kindly released two different versions, one for locations and one for mountainous regions which will be really handy (especially for web sites supporting SOTA, Summits on the Air, operations).
On this page we have weather widgets for: Liverpool and Porthmadog together with mountain forecasts for Snowdonia the Lake District.
