New live webcam

We have a new live webcam installed in the Amateur Radio shack and you can view it here.

The system uses a free webcam server and hosting provided by Camstreams. I have, over the last few days that it has been live, found it to be very reliable and consistent. I will, during the next few weeks, be running a tutorial on how to host your own free live web cam.
